The chocolates are tempered by hand, hand-scooped and hand-packed in batches of a maximum of 200 pieces. - Georg Schermer only uses selected raw materials and, of course, Tyrolean alpine milk for his chocolate creations. As many products as possible from the region are used in the production in his chocolate factory.
