anise*, fennel*, rooibos*, apple*, caraway*, raspberry leaves*, basil*, camomile*

Preparation

1 teabag for 1-2 cups (250 ml). Pour over boiling water and leave to stand for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

For 1 liter of Infusion 2-3 teabags are sufficient.
