Preparation

1 teabag for 1-2 cups (250 ml). Pour over boiling water and leave to stand for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Optimal brewing time: 3-5 minutes in the morning, and up to 10 minutes in the mornung until evening. For 1 liter of Infusion 2-3 teabags are sufficient.
