When can I retract from the contract without any justification?
With Myalpine.shop, you can return all the products you bought on our site. The only exceptions are as follows:
A) Articles that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (for example a cosmetic, hygiene, food or another product having come into direct contact with the skin).
B) Articles that have been opened
C) items that have been personalized or manufactured in accordance with your requirements.
If you ask that the items ordered to be ecologically wrapped or in a gift packaging, it is impossible to terminate the contract concerning this gift or ecological packaging as soon as the packaging has been carried out, that is to say that the service was executed. We draw your attention to the fact that your article is conditioned immediately after the ordering.
Likewise, it is impossible to retract from a contract when it is a gift packaging as soon as the goods have already been wrapped.
How should I proceed when I want to retract from the contract without presenting a reason?
